Launch of the Multiple Higher Educational Institutions –

Masters in Entrepreneurship (MHEI-ME) Erasmus+

Advenio eAcademy a Higher Educational Institution in Malta, in cooperation with the University of Ioannina successfully organized a Workshop on 14/2/2018 at the Du Lac Hotel. This event launched the Erasmus + co-financed project Multiple Higher Educational Institution – Masters in Entrepreneurship (MHEI-ME), an 18-month online program with a combination of self-study and collaborative learning activities, at Masters level. This programme is coordinated by Advenio eAcademy in Malta, with the participation of five European Universities, including the University of Ioannina, Hungary’s Szent Istvan University , University of Bari Aldo Moro – Italy, University of Zilina – Slovakia and Poltava University of Economics and Trade – Ukraine.

The program was presented by Professor Tzeni Papgue, Professor, and Prof. Giorgos Goletsis, Academic Program Manager. Erasmus + and Lifelong Learning talks were then presented by Professors Kostas Tsolakidis from the University of the Aegean and Gerasimos Kekeris from Democritus Pan Thrakis. Online interventions and placements were made by Mr. Stephen D Alessandro from Advenio eAcademy Malta and Andreas Stephanidis from the Entrepreneurship Academy. This was then followed by a dialogue with the public where the speakers of the event discussed in detail the issues concerning the development of entrepreneurship among young people.

The event was attended by the Dean Rector Prof. Andreas Fotopoulos and addressed the Chairperson of the University of Patras, Professor Katerina Plakitsi, faculty members of the University of Ioannina and Technological Educational Institute of Epirus, business executives, members of institutions and students.
