El 28 de diciembre de 2023 se celebraron en Malta, Albania y Chipre las ceremonias de presentaci\u00f3n del Premio en Gesti\u00f3n de ONG. Este MQF\/EQF Nivel 5 - 10 ECTS es un programa acreditado en l\u00ednea dise\u00f1ado para ayudar a los responsables y al personal de las Organizaciones Voluntarias a afrontar los retos de la gesti\u00f3n de una Organizaci\u00f3n No Gubernamental (ONG).<\/p>\n

Se dise\u00f1\u00f3 y desarroll\u00f3 como un programa en l\u00ednea a tiempo parcial de 14 semanas de duraci\u00f3n impartido en ingl\u00e9s para permitir a las ONG mejorar sus competencias y desarrollar su capacidad de gesti\u00f3n, con el fin de aumentar su impacto social, alcanzar mejor sus objetivos y ser m\u00e1s sostenibles.<\/p>\n

El proyecto fue dirigido por Advenio eAcademy como organismo adjudicador en colaboraci\u00f3n con: Solidarity Overseas Services Malta (SOS Malta); el Centre For Advancement Of Research And Development In Educational Technology Ltd-CARDET, Chipre; y Friends of Korca (Miq te Korces)-Albania.<\/p>\n

En 2023 hubo dos cursos de este programa, que inclu\u00eda cinco m\u00f3dulos: Award in Meeting Key NGO Challenges; Award in Fundamentals of Management; Award in Fundamentals of Campaigning and Marketing; Award in Fundamentals of Human Resources Management; y Award in Fundamentals of Financial Management.<\/p>\n

La ceremonia de entrega de premios en Malta se celebr\u00f3 en el Meeting Place de Marsa y fue organizada por SOS Malta y Advenio eAcademy. Graziella Schiavone, en nombre de SOS Malta, y Stephen D'Alessandro, en nombre de Advenio eAcademy, pronunciaron breves discursos ante los presentes. Varios participantes en el programa hablaron tambi\u00e9n de su experiencia al completar el programa.<\/p>\n

Ese mismo d\u00eda se celebr\u00f3 un acto similar en Tirana (Albania) para los estudiantes albaneses y otro en Nicosia para los estudiantes de Chipre que hab\u00edan aprobado. Con estos actos concluy\u00f3 el proyecto Erasmus+, que incluy\u00f3 la investigaci\u00f3n y el desarrollo de estudios de casos, la revisi\u00f3n y actualizaci\u00f3n del contenido de 2022 y la puesta en marcha de dos cursos en 2023.<\/p>\n
