Earlier in June, Advenio eAcademy was one of the HEIs from sixteen countries participating in the international TCA event Ecological and Sustainable Project Management in Erasmus+. The overall aim of this TCA was to increase the quality in project management for the Erasmus+ programme and ensure that institutions and organisations from Europe actively engage in project management within the SCH, VET, ADU and HED sectors. This event was organized by the Liechtenstein National Agency, AIBA (Agentur für Internationale Bildungsangelegenheiten) between the 10-13 June in Ruggell, Liechtenstein.
The workshop dealt with various topics that were of interest to Erasmus+ project coordinators and partners. These included the stages of project life cycle and the project management cycle, tools, methods, documents used and gain awareness for the implementation of an ecological and sustainable project management approach, how to integrate european values and EUDPR/GDPR topics/tasks.
The workshop format of the event ensured a practical hands-on review of the subject matter with excellent support by the facilitators present and presentations by the trainers from the Liechtenstein national agency and the European commission. The high calibre of the speakers and the highly interactive and group focussed approach provided a very informative event which was effectively implemented.
