Advenio eAcademy offers an accredited online and blended learning Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Top-up) programme at MQF/EQF Levels 6–60 ECTS.
Adjunct Faculty are required for the following modules in the programme :-
- Quantitative Research Methods in Nursing
- Qualitative Research Methods in Nursing
- Health Informatics
- Radiation Safety for Nurses
Adjunct Faculty will be involved in the following tasks:
- implementation of course modules, including delivery of weekly online tutorials and onsite support classes, review and marking of coursework comprising supervision and marking of forums and assignments;
- supervision of final projects within the range of online and blended learning programmes.
The implementation of each module takes place over a five-week period with online tutorials and direction of local on-site support classes, whilst final project supervision sessions are held online on a bi-weekly basis over a 24-week period. Online classes are held at 17.30 hrs CET and on-site classes are held at 16.30 hrs CET at Easy School of Languages in Valletta.
Tutors with appropriate academic qualifications, preferably a Master’s degree in Nursing or in a relevant in the Health Care field and teaching experience are invited to apply. Preference will be given to Malta-based tutors who can manage both the online involvement and the on-site support classes held in Valletta.
