El Award in Essentials of Digital Marketing 1 es un curso EQF/MQF Nivel 5 acreditado con 1 crédito ECTS. Este curso está diseñado para dar a los estudiantes una comprensión de los problemas de marketing digital que pueden surgir en un entorno empresarial y para proporcionarles la información necesaria para identificar y abordar estas cuestiones. Learning Outcomes:

At the end of the module/unit the learner will have acquired the following skills:

1. Assist in the design of Market research methodology for a defined research problem.
2. Apply B2B best practices in relationship marketing to win over and retain co-corporate and organizational clients in different market segments.
3. Apply best practices of  B2C in relationship marketing to win over and retain personal customers in different market segments.

Cada módulo se evaluará sobre la base de los siguientes componentes:

1. 6 Self-Assessment Tests: 60%
   • The Self-Assessment tests consists of a data bank of questions typically true or false and multiple choice, from which a randomised selection is provided to the student. Negative marking is used to discourage the students from trying to guess the answers. Students have a maximum of three attempts to pass each Self-Assessment Test.
2. Module Evaluation question: 40%
   • This is an essay style question which must be completed on the eLearning platform.

Criterios de aprobación:

• Los estudiantes deben alcanzar un total de 50% or higher across the two components to pass the module.
